This instance has no mail server configured.
No email will go out
With no mail server on file, this page cannot send a link to choose a new password. Entering an address here would not change that.
An administrator who is still signed in can add the mail server under Settings → Email (SMTP); after that, resetting a password here works again. If you are the only administrator and you are locked out, that will not help — the way out then goes through the server console. It is described in the installation guide, Section 4, under “If you're locked out”.
